General Information about the Show 2024
Copies of the printed Show Schedule, which includes an Entry Form, will be available in the village from the beginning of August from the Co-op, RS Hardware and the Library.
All entries must have been received by 7.00 pm on Wednesday 11th September on the official entry form (that can be found in the Schedule) accompanied by the appropriate entry fee. (See the Show Regulations).

The Village Hall will be open for staging of exhibits from 7.30 to 9.30 pm on Friday13th September and from 7.45 to 10.45 am on Saturday 14th September. Judging of exhibits will begin at 11.00 am sharp on Saturday 14th September.
The Show was open to the public from 2.00 to 5.00 pm on Saturday 14th and 2.00 to 5.00 pm on Sunday 15th September.
Admission to the hall is free.
Refreshments will be available from 2.15 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
Awards and trophies will be announced at 4.30 pm on Sunday. The trophies will be retained by the Club for engraving, at the Club’s expense, for return to the winners as soon as possible.
A Grand Draw will be held immediately after the presentation of prizes on Sunday (at about 4.45 pm). The numbers of any unclaimed prize-winning tickets will be displayed in the Library during the following week.
Exhibitors were requested to remove all exhibits as soon as possible after 5.00 pm on Sunday.
